Frequently asked questions
Which trades do you estimate?
All CSI divisions, from sitework and concrete to finishes, MEP and specialties. Tell us which trades you need and we'll price only those.
How accurate are your estimates?
Quantities come from measured takeoff, and pricing uses current local rates for labor, material and equipment. Every estimate is reviewed by a senior estimator. Final accuracy depends on the completeness of the documents you send.
How fast will I get it?
Most estimates are delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Large or complex projects may take longer, and we confirm the due date before you pay.
Can I edit the estimate?
Yes. You receive an editable Excel file with quantities and unit costs you can adjust.
