Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Send your plans

Upload the drawings and tell us the trades or items you need measured.

  2. 02

    We confirm scope

An estimator confirms what will be measured, the size tier and the due date.

  3. 03

    Measured takeoff

Quantities are measured from the drawings and organized by item, area and level.

  4. 04

    Quality check

A second estimator spot-checks the quantities before delivery.

Frequently asked questions

What file formats do you work from?

PDF plan sets are best. We can also work from most CAD exports and image files.

Do you include waste?

Yes, and we list it separately so you can see net and gross quantities and use your own factors if you prefer.

Can you do takeoff only, without pricing?

Yes. Choose Takeoff only when you order. You can upgrade to Pricing + Takeoff later.

How do I check your quantities?

Every takeoff comes with marked-up drawings that show exactly what was measured and where.
